  • Property Types: Non-owner occupied 1-4 family residential
  • FICO: No set minimum 12 Months

Residential Fix
and Flip

ARV
  • Term: 12 Months
  • Loan Amount: $75K to $2.5M+
  • LTV: Up to 85% of the purchase price + up to 100% of reno.; Not to exceed 75% of the ARV
  • Property Types: Non-owner occupied 1-4 family residential
  • FICO: 600 minimum

Residential
Buy and Hold

 
  • Term: 18 Months
  • Loan Amount: $75K to $2.5M+
  • LTV: Up to 85% of the Purchase Price; Up to 65% Refinance; Up to 50% Cash-Out
  • Property Types: Non-owner occupied 1-4 family residential
  • FICO: No set minimum 12 Months
